Check out the Just for Boys program manual  published by Salal Books in November 2007. It's one of the most exciting things I've ever done!

In October 2004, I did an interview in Toronto with Christie McNabb for her documentary DIETING: At War with our Bodies. The film is a revealing documentary that defies the dominant diet culture, suggesting that we reclaim health, as our lifestyle-change goal and let the fat (and weight-loss preoccupation)  fall where it may. It gives voice to those who resist the notion that the human body, in all its variations, must concede to cultural or clinical ideals. The film also includes interviews with Glenn Gaesser (Big Fat Lies) and Janet Polivy (Breaking the Diet Habit).  See the trailer at www.hugs.com/

e-books:

Salal Books is considering releasing our publications as e-books to provide another option for accessing resources. The price would drop somewhat, there would be no shipping fees and you would have permission to print a hard copy to use in your work. We would be interested in your feedback.
